I have purchased Villa plots in “Shriram Bageshri” a project by Shriram Land (part of Shriram Properties Group). I invested in this project because of the premium location (near DPS, Whitefield and very close to Hoskote as both are fast developing area). The connectivity of this project is very good. I am amongst first few customers who booked a plot during launch of the project and so far, I am very satisfied with the decision. I am very confident that the investment made with Shriram land would provide me a handsome return and “Bageshri” layout will become one of the best places to stay in this premium area of Whitefield/Hoskote.
